As parents, we wanted beef we could trust. The grocery store stuff just didn’t sit right with us. We care about what our family eats. That’s when we knew there had to be a better way. We wanted honest beef for our family.
With an opportunity to start raising beef, we did it! Almost immediately, we saw changes. We shifted to a carnivore style diet built around beef! Our health began turning around. The weight started dropping, digestion improved, and energy levels went up. For the first time in years, we felt in control of our health. the only time we felt weighed down was if we ate way too much! (It happens)😉

My family and I made the decision to invest in half a beef because we think it is better to know where your food is coming from, when possible. It is important to us to have beef that is ethically sourced. We enjoy the quality and flavor of grass fed beef over most grocery store beef. It's also really nice to peruse the freezer and come up with new recipes for cuts of beef that are not our go to cuts. Tom is great at answering any questions you have, be it about the animals or the process in general. Thanks Tom!
